LIA has until Friday, September 23 to respond. If LIA statements in Eartha Jane Melzer's article are indicative to how the "change" program might respond, we may see LIA change right before our eyes from a clinical mental health compound into a house of praise and worship. I really wish I ate as healthy as you. However my food loop of late has been much simpler than yours, its peanut butter. Peanut butter cookies, peanut butter pie, Reese’s peanut butter cups, peanut butter and jelly sandwiches. Now, if I can just figure out a way to drink it...

Yes! I knew there had to be other people that do this. I'll go weeks eating the same things over and over. And it's not like it feels boring or anything. I just want that same thing. Over and over.
I'm sure I saw a recipe for something similar to your sauce used as a marinade for not-so-vegan steak.
If it was me, I'd add a squeeze of lime juice ;)

As for the food loop, that is my life. I'm really bad about buying the same things over and over and over again. It works for me - I'm happy. ;)
